One full day of school until camp and the excitement just keeps building. Rooms 24 and 25 have been researching Carey Park and the main habits of the mind that we practise at camp, working interdependently and taking responsible risks.
Today in the camp books there is a list of all of the final bits that need to be brought to school for Monday. Please go over this carefully and if there are any questions ask away.
Roll on Monday, with beautiful sunny warm weather!

Soccer
So far we've had 3 soccer lessons and each has been amazing. We have learnt how to dribble, stop, u turn and to head for open space.
We've had to work as individuals and then work efficiently as teams.
For some of us, the skills shown to us have come relatively easy. For some of us it's been tricky and frustrating, but through everything we've smiled, laughed and had fun.

Crop circles
Yesterday we read an article on Kiwi kids news about crop circles. We discussed whether they could be man-made and if so how could this be achieved overnight. We looked at how crop circles complimented our studies on geometry and our current art project.
Room 25, a challenge! Find out as much as you can about other crop circles and whether anyone has ever been able to find if they were made by man.
Post as many articles as you can here!
