Making pikelets
A wee while ago we decided to try out the new kitchen and make pikelets. We researched what we would need to provide enough pikelets for Room 24 and 25 and the steps we would have to take in order to make them.
We also decided to have a go at making some gluten free pikelets with buckwheat flour so that everyone, including gluten free children, had the chance of tasting something.
